This is a public app to browse, colorize, and download mesoscale-level tropical cyclone imagery and datasets from the GOES-16 satellite. The app currently includes Atlantic basin storms from 2018-present.
NASA Astronaut Selection
The goal of this project was to analyze overall trends in NASA's astronaut selection process and specifically, the 2013 applicant pool in order to motivate a recommendation for future thorough analysis and modeling of potential biases in selection.

Tropical Cyclone Topic Model
This project uses spacy and a Latent Dirichlet Allocation topic model to investigate and organize Tropical Storm Discussions from the National Hurricane Center. Visualization is done with pyLDAvis.
